ELISA 用マッチド抗体ペア
概要
ELISA 用のマッチド抗体ペアは，キャプチャー抗体と検出抗体で構成されます． マッチド抗体ペアでは，それぞれの抗体が抗原の異なる非重複領域（エピトープ）を特異的に認識します． この設計により，マッチド抗体ペアはサンドイッチ ELISA 形式で機能します．サンドイッチ ELISA の詳細，ガイド，プロトコルについては ELISA のメインページをご参照ください． 下の Figure 1 にサンドイッチ ELISA のプロトコールを示します．
