Mouse anti Bovine CD45RB, clone CC76, recognizes the RB isoform of the bovine Leucocyte Common Antigen expressed in subpopulations of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells. Expression levels of CD45RB are used as a marker differentiating naïve and memory T lymphocytes (Howard, C. et al., 1991). The antigen expressed by clone CC76 (IAH-CC76) is also expressed on B-cells but is absent from both macrophages and granulocytes.
