HeLa cells were fixed with 3% PFA and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100. Nuclei were stained with 1.5 µg/ml DAPI. Immunofluorescence was carried out using a Mouse monoclonal antibody specific for the human tubulin alpha 4A chain followed by AlexaFluor 488 conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG antibodySTAR117D488GA, Goat anti Mouse IgG DyLight®488 at 1/50. Image was visualized on the Bio-Rad ZOE Fluorescent Cell Imager at 60x magnification

Western blot analysis of NFkB IP samples. IP was performed on Jurkat cell lysates using 10 μg (lanes 2 & 7), 5 μg (lanes 3 & 8), 1 μg (lanes 4 & 9) Sheep anti NFkB p65 antibody, and 10 μg polyclonal IgG (lanes 5 & 10).

8.75 μl of each IP was loaded onto an AnykD Criterion TGX Stain-Free gel. Precision Plus Protein Prestained Standards were run lanes 1 & 6.

Mouse anti NFkB p65 antibody was used at 1/1000 in lanes 1-5. HRP conjugated Goat anti Mouse IgG (H/L) antibody (STAR117P) was used at 1/10,000 and visualized on the Bio-Rad Chemidoc Touch Imaging System. Arrow points to NFkB (molecular weight 65 kDa).

Paraffin section of human colon adenocarcinoma (HIER citrate pH6 antigen retrieval) blocked with 10% FCS and stained with mouse anti human cytokeratin 18 antibody and detected with goat anti mouse IgG:A488 (STAR117D488GA). The tissue was also counterstained with PureBlu Hoechst 33342.

HeLa cells were treated with BrdU for 3 hours and stained with mouse anti-BrdU antibody, clone Bu20a (MCA2483). Goat anti mouse IgG (H/L) DyLight 549 conjugated antibody (red) (STAR117D549GA) was used as the secondary antibody. Cytoplasm was stained with rabbit anti-GAPDH antibody (AHP1628). As the secondary antibody, sheep anti rabbit IgG DyLight 488 conjugated antibody (green) was used. PureBlu DAPI (1351303) was used as nuclear counterstain (blue).

Goat anti Mouse IgG antibody recognizes mouse IgG and light chains common to other mouse immunoglobulin classes.

Goat anti Mouse IgG has been cross-adsorbed using human, bovine, porcine, equine, lapine and chicken immunoabsorbants to remove cross-reactive antibodies. Less than 0.1% cross reactivity was detected to human, bovine, porcine, equine, caprine, lapine and chicken IgG by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA.

Goat anti Mouse IgG antibody is highly recommended for use as a secondary antibody with human and veterinary samples. Goat anti Mouse IgG antibody has been used successfully as a secondary detection reagent in combination with mouse clone CC327 for the detection of TNFα and mouse clone 8M6 for the detection of interleukin-8 in bovine respiritory syncitial virus infected, neonatal ovine lung tissue by immunohistochemistry (Redondo et al. 2013).
