| Mouse anti Dog CD19 antibody, clone r4E9 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody that recognizes dog CD19. CD19 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily and plays a crucial role in B cell development, differentiation, and signaling. Similar to its expression in humans, canine CD19 is found on B cells, including precursor B cells, mature B cells, and some follicular dendritic cells. Mouse anti Dog CD19 antibody, clone 4E9, has been shown to detect CD19 on canine cells. Mouse anti Dog CD19 has been utilized in diagnostic and therapeutic research to target B cell malignancies in dogs, such as B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). The use of Mouse anti Dog CD19 in combination with other antibodies enables the investigation of B cell heterogeneity and the development of next-generation CD19-targeted immunotherapies (Haran et al. 2020). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
