F Reset| Mouse anti Pig CD9 antibody, clone 4H5CR4 recognizes pig CD9. CD9 is a member of the tetraspanin protein family and is involved in various cellular processes such as cell adhesion, proliferation, migration and signal transduction. Similar to its expression in humans, pig CD9 is found on a diverse array of cell types, such as platelets, lymphocytes, and endothelial cells. Mouse anti-Pig CD9 antibody, clone 4H5CR4, has been shown to detect CD9 on porcine cells. The use of Mouse anti-Pig CD9 in combination with antibodies to CD4, CD8α and 2E3 makes it possible to distinguish five main CD4+ T cell subsets, making it a useful marker to investigate CD4+ T cell heterogeneity in porcine models (Alvarez et al. 2022). |
