Mouse anti Human TNF alpha antibody, clone 195 recognizes human tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), a secreted cytokine that induces cell death in a number of tumour cell lines. Mouse anti Human TNF alpha antibody, clone 195 does not react with human tumour necrosis factor beta (TNF beta/lymphotoxin). 50ng of antibody is required to neutralise 1 unit of TNF alpha. |
