| Mouse anti Human E3 Ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL-C antibody, clone rEF02/4F8 recognizes the E3 Ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL-C, also known as RING finger protein 57 or SH3-binding protein CBL-3. E3 Ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL-C belongs to the CBL family of RING finger class of E3 ligases, which catalyze the transfer of ubiquitin from E2 to substrates. They act as key negative regulators of activated tyrosine kinase receptors. E3 Ubiquitin-protein ligase CBL-C is frequently upregulated in cancer, which has been shown to enhance EGFR dysregulation Hong el al., 2018. |
