|Mouse anti Human CD73, clone AD2 recognizes CD73 also known as ecto-5′-nucleotidase. CD73 is a enzyme that catalyzes the coversion of AMP to adenosine. CD73 expression has been detected on subsets of T cells and B cells, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells and mesenchymal stem cells. CD73 has been implicated in T cell activation and lymphocyte adhesion.|
