Rabbit anti Sheep interleukin 1β antibody (AHP423) used for the detection of bound interleukin 1β from lamb sera in an ELISA using Mouse anti Sheep IL-1&beta antibody, clone 1D4 as a capture antibody (MCA1658). For IL-6, capture is with Mouse anti Sheep IL-6 antibody, clone 4B6 (MCA1659) and detection using Rabbit anti Sheep IL-6 antibody (AHP424). Subsequent visualisation uses HRP conjugated Goat anti Rabbit IgG in both cases.
