CD90 is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored glycoprotein and is expressed in many cell types such as neurons, thymocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, mesangial cells, and hematopoietic and mesenchymal stem cells. It can also exist in a soluble form. CD90 promotes T cell activation and is involved in cellular adhesion, neurite outgrowth, migration, cell death, and tumor growth. Bio-Rad has a broad range of conjugated antibodies in a choice of sizes for clone OX-7 and F15-42-1.
