Overview

Bio-Rad provides an extensive collection of antibodies for F4/80 clone CI:A3-1, with performance guarantee in key immunological applications including Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blotting and Immunofluorescence.

The table below shows our complete range of F4/80 antibodies, detailing the different formats and sizes available for a variety of applications.  For all your Multicolor Flow Cytometry needs antibodies are available conjugated to a large selection of Alexa Fluor® and conventional dyes such as FITC and PE. The fluorescence conjugate options also include two exclusive Alexa Fluor® tandems;  RPE-Alexa Fluor® 647 and RPE-Alexa Fluor® 750. A low endotoxin version of the CI:A3-1 F4/80 antibody is available for use in functional studies.

An anti-idiotypic CI:A31 antibody, clone 17867, is also available from Bio-Rad which is designed as an IHC control antibody for use in conjunction with clone Cl:A3-1. F4/80 antibody, HCA154, specifically binds to and blocks this F4/80 antibody.

P* - This antibody requires heat-mediated antigen retrieval prior to staining paraffin sections. Citrate buffer, pH6.0, is recommended for this purpose.
