Mouse anti Sheep interleukin 6 antibody, clone 4B6 (MCA1659) used as a capture reagent for the measurement of interleukin 6 in an ELISA with Rabbit anti Sheep polyclonal antibody (AHP424) as a detection reagent using lamb sera samples. Interleukin 1β was detected with Mouse anti Sheep IL-1β antibody (MCA1658) as a capture reagent and Rabbit anti IL-1β polyclonal antibody (AHP423) as a detection reagent. Visualisation was achieved with a Goat anti Rabbit IgG antibody conjugated to HRP in both cases.
