Goat anti horse IgG antibody recognizes the heavy and light chains of equine immunoglobulin G. Goat anti horse IgG antibody has been shown to react specifically with equine IgG and with light chains common to other equine immunoglobulins, by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA. Goat anti horse IgG antibody may cross react with IgG from other species. |
