Goat anti Mouse IgG antibody recognizes both the heavy and light chains of mouse IgG. Immunoelectrophoresis revealed a single precipitin arc against anti goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum. Reactivity against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep immunoglobulins was minimized by adsorbtion.
N.B. Antibody reactivity and working conditions may vary between species.
Purified IgG - liquid
Antiserum to mouse IgG was raised by repeated immunisation of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
0.09% Sodium Azide (NaN3)
Mouse IgG whole molecule.
