Rabbits have four immunoglobulin isotypes (IgA, IgE, IgG, and IgM). The notable difference to other species is the IgA class, further subdivided into 14 subtypes. All other classes have only a single type. The heavy chains combine with two light chains (lambda and kappa) as in other species.
The rabbit immunoglobulin antibodies are guaranteed for ELISA and cover the key rabbit immunoglobulin classes: IgM, IgG, and IgA.
