Rabbit Immunoglobulin Antibodies

Sheep anti-rabbit IgG

1LC3A/B staining. HeLA cells were fixed with 3% PFA and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100. Nuclei were stained with 1.5 µg/ml PureBlu DAPI Dye. Immunofluorescence was carried out using AHP2167, a rabbit polyclonal anti-human microtubule associated protein 1LC3A/B (MAP1LC3A/B) at 1/25. The secondary antibody Sheep Anti-Rabbit DyLight488 was applied at 1/50 dilution.. Image was visualized on the Bio-Rad ZOE Fluorescent Cell Imager at 60x magnification.

Rabbits have four immunoglobulin isotypes (IgA, IgE, IgG, and IgM). The notable difference to other species is the IgA class, further subdivided into 14 subtypes. All other classes have only a single type. The heavy chains combine with two light chains (lambda and kappa) as in other species.

The rabbit immunoglobulin antibodies are guaranteed for ELISA and cover the key rabbit immunoglobulin classes: IgM, IgG, and IgA.
