| Rabbit anti Human TCF7 antibody recognizes transcription factor 7. TCF7 is a transcription factor involved in the regulation of the expression of several genes located in the cells of the liver (Courtois et al. 1987). TCF7 has been shown to promote proliferation in glioblastoma multiforme cells through upregulation of c-Myc and acts as an unfavorable prognostic marker of glioblastoma multiforme (Su et al. 2018). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
