| Rabbit anti Human SATB2 antibody recognizes special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 2, also known as DNA-binding protein SATB2. SATB2 is a DNA-binding protein involved in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodelling. SATB2 is mainly expressed in the nuclei of epithelial cells in the colon and rectum as well as neurons in the brain (Uhlén et al. 2015). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
