| Rabbit anti Human PPM1D antibody recognizes protein phosphatase 1D, also known as histone-arginine N-methyltransferase PRMT2. PPM1D is an enzyme that functions as a member of the PP2C family of Ser/Thr protein phosphatases. PP2C Ser/Thr protein phosphatases have been shown to inhibit cell stress response pathways. Aberrant levels of PPM1D expression have also been observed in some breast cancers (Deng et al. 2020). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
