| Rabbit anti Human PHF20 antibody recognizes PHD finger protein 20, also known as hepatocellular carcinoma-associated antigen 58 or transcription factor TZP. PHF20 functions as a transcriptional regulator of genes targeted by the MYST family of histone acetyltransferases and is a core component of the male absent on the first (MOF)- non-specific lethal (NSL) lysine acetyltransferase complex. The MOF-NSL complex acetylates histone H4 at lysine 16 and is required for transcriptional regulation and DNA repair (Klein et al. 2016). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
