| Rabbit anti Human MED15 antibody recognizes mediator of RNA polymerase II transcription subunit 15, also known as PCQAP, ARC105, or TIG-1. MED15 functions as a transcriptional cofactor of the mediator complex involved in RNA polymerase II dependent transcription (Fassler and Winston, 1989). Human MED15 has also been shown to cooperate in mediator complex with transcription factors like CBP and p300 (Piskacek et al. 2015). |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
