Rabbit anti CD184/CXCR4 antibody recognizes CD184, also known as C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4), LESTR or SDF-1 receptor.

CD184 is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family and a receptor for the chemokine SDF-1 (stromal cell-derived factor 1). CD184 also acts as a receptor for extracellular ubiquitin and as a coreceptor for HIV-1. CD184/CXCR4 is involved in multiple processes including chemotaxis, cell proliferation, survival and adhesion.
