| Rabbit anti Human caspase-9 antibody recognizes human caspase-9, also known as ICE-LAP6, McL6 and Apaf-3. Caspase-9 plays a central role in programmed cell death. Following activation, induced by the binding of Apaf-1, caspase-9 cleaves and activates caspase-3. Rabbit anti Human caspase-9 antibody (AHP492) recognizes the ~46 kDa caspase-9 in western blots. |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
