Rabbit anti Human caspase-9 antibody recognizes human caspase-9, also known as ICE-LAP6, McL6 and Apaf-3. Caspase-9 plays a central role in programmed cell death. Following activation, induced by the binding of Apaf-1, caspase-9 cleaves and activates caspase-3.
Rabbit anti Human caspase-9 antibody (AHP492) recognizes the ~46 kDa caspase-9 in western blots.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
