| Rabbit anti Human BMP-10 antibody recognizes BMP-10, also known as Bone Morphogenetic Protein 10, a member of the TGF-β superfamily of proteins. With the exception of BMP-1, Bone Morphogenetic Proteins are growth factors orchestrating tissue architecture throughout the body. BMP-10 is a cardiac growth factor which expression is restricted to the heart where it plays a crucial role in the control of cardiac development, growth and maturation. |

This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
