Rabbit anti ATM antibody recognizes serine-protein kinase ATM, also known as ataxia telangiectasia mutated. ATM is a serine/threonine protein kinase and a member of the PI3K/P14K-kinase family. ATM is a cell cycle checkpoint kinase and is important in the DNA damage response.
