IgG antibody | R10Z8E9
Clone R10Z8E9 appears to be specific to Human IgG and been demonstrated by ELISA not to recognise IgG from Non-Human Primate species (Baboon, Marmoset, Rhesus and Cynomologus macaques), nor does it recognize mouse or rat immunoglobulin.
NB: This reagent may not be used for the detection of therapeutic antibodies from samples obtained from experimental animals without prior consent by the owner of EP 1 853 921 (F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG, Basel, Switzerland) and /or US 7,955,806 (HOFFMANN-LA ROCHE, INC., Nutley, NJ).

- This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
