Western blot analysis of HeLa cell lysate (Lane 2) and HepG2 cell lysate (Lane 3) run under reducing conditions on SDS PAGE using the Bio-Rad V3 system and transferred to a PVDF membrane, then probed with Rabbit anti Human GAPDH antibody (AHP1628) at 1/1000 dilution followed by horseradish peroxidase conjugated Goat anti Rabbit IgG antibody (STAR208P) at 1/5000 dilution. Bio-Rad Precision Plus molecular weight markers are run in lane 1. Visualization was carried out using the Bio-Rad ChemiDoc with automatic exposure.

    • Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H/L) polyclonal antibody reacts with the heavy chains of rabbit IgG, and the light chains common to the majority of rabbit immunoglobulins. No antibody reactivity was detected against non-immunoglobulin rabbit serum proteins. This antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
    • Intended Use
    • Target Species
      Rabbit
    • Product Form
      Purified IgG - lyophilized
