| Rabbit anti Mouse C-10 antibody recognizes mouse C-10, also known as CCL6. The chemokine C-10 is expressed by a range of cells including eosinophils, lung fibroblasts, some macrophages and myelopoietic mouse bone marrow cultures after GM-CSF activation. C-10 is chemotactic towards macrophages. |

- Reconstitute with 0.1 ml distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.

- Antisera to mouse C-10 were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
