Graphs show the expression of different markers in hASCs. The expression of the markers was assessed using flow cytometry by means of the intensity of the emitted fluorescence (FL1 and FL2). The expression of the positive markers, CD90, CD105, and STRO-1 (surface markers mesenchymal) and Nanog and Sox-2 (pluripotency markers) is compared to the decreased expression of negative markers (CD45RO and CD117). Data are represented as mean ± standard deviation. The statistical analyses were obtained using an ANOVA followed by Dunnett's test with P <0.05 being considered significant.
