    • MCA518S recognises a cytoplasmic component of macrophages and most tissue macrophages. MCA518S does not recognise cortical macrophages of the thymus and microglial cells of the brain.

      Spleen cells from immunised mice were fused with cells of the mouse Sp2/0 myeloma cell line.

      This product should be stored undiluted.
      Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
