Fluorophores for the UltraViolet (355 nm) Laser

Bio-Rad has new StarBright Dyes that are excitable by the ultraviolet (355 nm) laser and suitable for both conventional flow cytometry and spectral flow cytometry. Table 1 shows the excitation and emission maxima, the relative brightness, and ZE5 Cell Analyzer filter which allows detection. As other instruments may have different filters, please check compatibility on your instrument before you start your experiment.
