Hormones are important molecules which are generally transported through the body via the blood, and act as a signal from one cell type to another. The endocrine system affects every organ in the body to some degree and as a group they have a multitude of functions.
We offer an extensive range of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to the biomarkers of the most common endocrine diseases, including antibodies to the thyroid hormones (TSH, T3 and T4) and adrenal hormones (e.g. cortisol and ACTH), important biomarkers of fertility systems (e.g. hCG, FSH, PAPP-A), bone and calcium metabolism (e.g. PTH and osteocalcin) as well as diabetes and obesity (e.g. insulin and human growth hormone).
