    • Mouse anti Chicken TCRγ/δ antibody, clone TCR-1 recognises chicken TCR γ/δ expressed on peripheral blood T cells. In the chicken TCR γ/δ is more widely expressed than in mammals, approximately 20 – 25% of total blood T cells being γ/δ +ve , in young birds (age around 6 months) this figure can rise to nearly 50%.
