HeLA cells were fixed with 3% PFA and permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100. Nuclei were stained with 1.5 µg/ml DAPI. Immunofluorescence was carried out using AHP2167, a Rabbit polyclonal anti-Human Microtubule associated protein 1LC3A/B (MAP1LC3A/B) at 1/25. STAR36D488GA, Sheep anti-Rabbit DyLight®488 was then applied at 1/50. Image was visualized on the Bio-Rad ZOE Fluorescent Cell Imager at 60x magnification.
