- Leukemia Inhibitory Factor
Recombinant Bovine leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) is a recombinant protein corresponding to aa 23-202 of native bovine LIF. Bovine LIF is a chemokine belonging to the IL-6 cytokine family. LIF inhibits differentiation in normal stem cells, but in leukemic myeloid cells, induces differential thereby preventing further growth. |
