Mouse anti Horse CD8 antibody, clone CVS21 recognizes the equine homolog of human CD8. Equine CD8 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes. In addition to the CVS21 clone, other CVS clones recognising equine MHC and cell surface antigens are available. |

Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution. - Preparation
