| Rabbit anti Human NDUFS3 antibody recognizes NDUFS3 also known as CI-30kD, NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 3, NADH dehydrogenase-ubiquinone 30 kDa subunit, NADH-ubiquinone oxidoreductase 30 kDa subunit and complex I 30 kDa subunit. The NDUFS3 gene encodes one of the iron-sulfur protein (IP) components of mitochondrial NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I). Mutations in NDUFS3 gene are associated with Leigh syndrome resulting from mitochondrial complex I deficiency (provided by RefSeq, Apr 2009). Rabbit anti Human NDUFS3 antibody detects a band of 26 kDa. The antibody has been extensively validated for western blotting using whole cell lysates. |
