GITRL antibody
GITRL is expressed in many components of the innate and adaptive immune system, but is mainly expressed on antigen presenting cells (Nocentini et al. 2007).
GITRL is a ligand of the receptor GITR, upon binding of its ligand, GITR is activated and plays a role in autoimmune/inflammatory processes and regulates leukocyte extravasation (Krausz et al. 2007, Nocentini et al. 2007).
