DcR3 antibody

DcR3 acts as a receptor for FasL and LIGHT, preventing them from binding to their cell death receptors and thereby inhibiting apoptosis.
DcR3 is a soluble decoy receptor found in adult stomach, spinal cord, lymph node, trachea, spleen and lung. It may also be found in fetal lung, brain and liver and is highly expressed in several primary tumors from colon, stomach, rectum, esophagus and in SW480 colon carcinoma cells.
