CXCL6 antibody

CXCL6 is a member of the ELR+ CXC family of chemokines. It is a potent pro-inflammatory neutrophil chemoattractant which can elicit ultrastructural changes and activate pathways that define neutrophil phenotype and function (Mittal et al. 2008, Linge et al. 2008). It achieves this through the regulation of downstream pathways via its receptors CXCR1 and CXCR2 (Lui et al. 2019).
