| Rabbit anti CD322 antibody recognizes CD322, also known as junctional adhesion molecule B (JAMB), junctional adhesion molecule 2 (JAM2) or vascular endothelial junction-associated molecule. CD322 is a type I membrane protein that is a member of both the immunoglobulin superfamily as well as the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family. CD322 is localized at tight junctions of endothelial and epithelial cells and is involved in adhesion and leukocyte transendothelial migration. |
