Sheep anti Human alpha 1 microglobulin antibody recognizes human alpha 1 microglobulin. Sheep anti Human alpha 1 microglobulin antibody does not demonstrate any cross reactivity with urine albumin, retinol binding protein or beta-2 microglobulin in performed testing.

Where this product has not been tested for use in a particular technique this does not necessarily exclude its use in such procedures. Suggested working dilutions are given as a guide only. It is recommended that the user titrates the product for use in their own system using the appropriate negative/positive controls.
Excessive excretion of this protein has been known to indicate abnormalities of the renal tubules.
