CSF1R antibody | ROS8G11

CSF1R cell surface expression appears to be one of the earliest events in macrophage lineage cell commitment and CSF1R expression appears primarily limited to macrophages (Garceau et al. 2010). The development of the monoclonal antibody ROS8G11 specifically recognizing porcine CSF1R provides an antibody that will assist with research into porcine monocyte and macrophage biology (Moffat et al. 2014). Clone ROS8G11 has been tested for cross reactivity in a limited number of species, and while it does not recognize human or equine CSFR1, it has been shown to recognize canine CD115.
