FOXP3 antibody | AbD07627

FoxP3 is predominantly expressed within the nuclei of CD25 +CD4 + regulatory T cells (Tr). This population of FoxP3+CD25+CD4+ Tr cells plays an essential role in controlling autoimmunity.

Target Species Cross Reactivity Sheep - N.B. Antibody reactivity and working conditions may vary between species.
- Product Form
- A bivalent human recombinant Fab (lambda light chain) selected from the HuCAL® phage display library, expressed in E. coli. This Fab fragment is dimerized via a helix-turn-helix motif. The antibody is tagged with a myc-tag (EQKLISEEDL) and a his-tag (HHHHHH) at the C-terminus of the antibody heavy chain. This antibody is supplied as a liquid conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647.
