Human peripheral blood was stained with Anti-Human CD4 SBV670 (MCA1267SBV670) and data acquired on the ZE5 cell analyzer before and after fixation with Fixation Buffer (BUF071). Experiments were performed on red cell lysed blood gated on live, single cell lymphocytes.

Instructions For Use
BUF071
1. Resuspend cells in 0.5 ml Fixation Buffer
2. Leave in dark for 20 min at room temperature

Note: It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application
