| ELISA Neptune Assay Diluent is an ELISA assay diluent designed to reduce background noise in problematic human, porcine and bovine serum or plasma samples. Specially formulated for use in antigen-down ELISA, it contains non-mammalian protein and proprietary detergent additives to reduce non-specific IgG adsorption to antigen coated and blocked ELISA well surfaces. The difference in complexity, between serum or plasma samples and diluted standard curve proteins, is a potential cause of target analyte under-recovery. BUF039A equalizes the matrix, inhibits complement and thrombin activity and contains an antimicrobial agent. |
