- AbGUARD ANTIBODY BOOST can be used to dilute concentrated or conjugated antibodies. It may be used for polyclonal or monoclonals antibodies.
AbGUARD ANTIBODY BOOST amplifies the specific antibody activity up to 50-100%, with no increase in non-specific binding. For best results Bio-Rad recommends the use of our TMB substrate range.

Use a series of dilutions to determine the optimal dilution factor for individual antibodies or antibody conjugates prior to use.
Once the optimal dilution factor has been determined, dilute the antibody and run the assay as normal.
