Recombinant Protein G is a preparation of streptococcal protein G expressed in E. coli. Protein G binds to the Fc portion of immunoglobulin G subclasses (IgGs) from a broad range of species including human and mouse, and does not bind IgA, IgE, IgM or serum albumin. |
