Western blot analysis of High Mobility Group Protein B1 knockout 293T and wild type 293T (WT) whole cell lysates probed with Rabbit anti High Mobility Group Protein B1 antibody (VPA00456) followed by detection with HRP conjugated Goat anti Rabbit IgG (1/10,000 STAR208P) and visualized on the ChemiDoc MP with a 600 second exposure. Tubulin was detected with hFAB rhodamine anti-tubulin primary antibody (12004166) and visualized on the ChemiDoc MP with a 30 second exposure.
