|Mouse anti Leishmania Major Surface Protease gp63 antibody, clone 96/26 recognizes the Leishmania major surface protease (gp63), also known as Leishmanolysin, Promastigote surface endopeptidase or gp63. GP63 is a 477 amino acid ~63 kDa highly conserved protein which is found at high density on many Leishmania species. Mouse anti Leishmania Major Surface Protease gp63 antibody, clone 96-126 recognises living and fixed parasites, but will not bind to denatured or improperly folded recombinant gp63.|

Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Bio-Rad recommend that the vial is gently mixed after reconstitution.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
