Mouse anti Leishmania Major Surface Protease gp63 antibody, clone 96/26 recognizes the Leishmania major surface protease (gp63), also known as Leishmanolysin, Promastigote surface endopeptidase or gp63. GP63 is a 477 amino acid ~63 kDa highly conserved protein which is found at high density on many Leishmania species. Mouse anti Leishmania Major Surface Protease gp63 antibody, clone 96-126 recognises living and fixed parasites, but will not bind to denatured or improperly folded recombinant gp63. |
- Target Species
- Protozoan
