Figure A. RPE conjugated mouse anti human CD3 (MCA2184PE) and FITC conjugated mouse anti human IFN-gamma (MCA1581F) stained unstimulated human lymphocytes. Figure B. RPE conjugated mouse anti human CD3 (MCA2184PE) and FITC conjugated mouse anti human IFN-gamma (MCA1581F) stained human lymphocytes stimulated with PMA and ionomycin for 5 hours in the presence of monensin solution (BUF074). Data acquired on the ZE5™ Cell Analyzer.

      1. Dilute the Monensin Solution (1000x) to a 1x working concentration using cell culture media
      2. Add Monensin Solution (1x) to cell culture for 4-24 hours prior to antibody staining. Do not exceed cell culture time as this may affect cell viabiilty

Note: Time and cell culture conditions may need to be optimized
